General Questions
What should I do if I forget my Online Banking
Personal Identification Number (PIN)?
We will have to reset your Online Banking PIN. You can request this by calling 596-7000 or by visiting one of our offices.
Are my Online Banking transactions secure?
Yes. Online Banking uses 128-bit SSL encryption to ensure that all transactions are secure.
Which accounts can I access with Online Banking?
You can view any Westerly Community Credit Union checking, savings, loan or mortgage account on which you are the primary account holder.
Through Online Banking you can make transfers to, or from, your Westerly Community Credit Union checking or savings accounts. You can also transfer payments from these accounts to your Westerly Community Credit Union loan or mortgage accounts.
If you have a Westerly Community Credit Union CD or IRA account you can view the account, but can not make transfers from the account.
Registration Questions
How do I register for Online Banking?
If you have a Westerly Community Credit Union statement account, you can apply for Online Banking by downloading our Request Form. Wait until you are off-line to fill out the form, print, sign and return it to any of our offices. Or give us a call at 596-7000 to have an application mailed to you. It's that easy!
Upon receipt of your application a password will be established for you by a Member Service Representative. After applying call 596-7000 for your password.
System Requirements Questions
What do I need to use Online Banking?
To use Online Banking you will need a PC or Macintosh with dial up or dedicated access to the internet. You will also need to use an internet browser that supports 128-bit encryption. Recent versions of both Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer should work.
How do I get a new version?
If you don’t have a version that supports 128-bit encryption you can visit either the Netscape or Microsoft sites to download a FREE copy today! Not sure what browser you are using? Visit the Netscape site to find out!
