Westerly Community Credit Union offers a new youth Financial Literacy Program
Westerly Community Credit Union is proud to partner with The Money Mammals® Saving Money is Fun Kids Club™ to offer a wide range of financial literacy resources to local youth. The Money Mammals Kids Club, an award-winning youth savings program for ages 11 and under, is designed for credit unions nationwide. The program includes a vast array of financial education resources for use at home or in the classroom, such as fun themed games, mobile apps, teaching guides, books, printable worksheets and more.
The Money Mammals organization believes that by making financial literacy learning fun for children, we can help parents and teachers raise a generation of money smart kids. “The Money Mammals Kids Club is a great fit for us because it directly supports our goal to help share financial literacy with as many students as possible”, states Steve White, President and CEO of the Westerly Community Credit Union. “Financial education remains a priority for us and we are pleased to add The Money Mammals program to our financial education offerings.”
