A couple tips to Enroll:

  • You will need your Social Security Number, Date of Birth and Member Number.
  • You will receive a text or email to verify your identity, so be sure your contact info. is up to date.
  • If you have chosen email as your verification method and haven't seen it, check SPAM

  • New businesses cannot self-register. Please call 401.596.7000 and we will be happy to assist you.
