When will the new platform be live?

Early December 2019.

Will I need a new username and password?

Your username will be the same, but for security reasons, you may need to reset your password. If you do not remember your username, please call us at 401-596-7000 and we would be happy to help.

Do I need to do anything to prepare? 

To ensure a smooth transition, here's four things you can do now:

1. Update your contact info. in Online Banking or by calling us at 401-596-7000. When you log in to the new platform for the first time, we will be using the email and phone number that is on file to authenticate your device.

2. Update your browser. Unfortunately, Internet Explorer will no longer be supported. In order to have an optimal and secure user experience, please check that you are using a recent version of one of the following supported browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari (masOS only), or Edge (Windows only).

3. Take note of scheduled external transfers so they can be re-enrolled. While payees and recurring payments will transfer over, eBbills (an electronic version of a paper bill that you can view and pay online) and Person to Person payments will not. 

4. If your phone isn’t setup for auto updates, you will have to manually update the current WCCU app on the launch date. You will no longer need your WCCU VISA® app, because your card information is now included in the new WCCU Mobile app.

5. If you have QuickBooks & Quicken, click here for instructions on how to modify your settings so your data properly transfers to our new platform.

How do I login to the new platform early Dec.?

Have Used Online & Mobile Banking Before Haven't Logged In Before

- Login from our website homepage.
- Use your existing username and password.
- Follow the easy steps to identify yourself.
- Receive and enter an access code at a phone or email we have on file (Code is valid for only ten minutes).
- You may be asked to change your password.
- Agree to the terms and conditions.
- Enjoy the new platform!

- Create a username and password.

I’m a business member, how do I login for the first time?

New business members cannot currently self-register. Please stay tuned for more details as we get closer!
