WCCU Promotes Alycia Marandola to AVP/Director of Human Resources

Westerly Community Credit Union (WCCU) is pleased to announce the promotion of Alycia Marandola to Assistant Vice President/Director of Human Resources, recognizing her leadership and contributions to the organization since joining in 2022.
Marandola brings over two decades of Human Resources experience to the organization and has played a key role in strengthening WCCU’s workplace culture and employee engagement. Since joining the credit union, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic expertise, and a deep commitment to the credit union’s mission. Adding to her extensive professional background, Marandola recently earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU).

In her new executive capacity, Marandola will oversee all aspects of human resources including employee onboarding and orientation, payroll, and ensuring strict compliance with all employment regulations regarding benefits, insurance, and workplace safety. She will continue to serve as a trusted resource for the WCCU team, providing expert guidance and support to employees across all branches.
Beyond her professional achievements, Alycia is actively involved in the local community. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Education Exchange in Wakefield, RI, and is a member of the West Warwick Elks #1697.
Alycia resides in West Warwick with her husband Chris, daughter Jillian and cat Newman.
