FAQs

Yes, you can drop off your payment at the branch. It may take 24-48 hours to post to your account but it will be backdated to the date you dropped it off at the branch. You can also make payments online at www.cardmanager.net, via phone at 800-367-7576 or you can mail it to: Card Service Center at P.O. Box 569100, Dallas, TX 75356-9100.
Payments made online or over the phone before 5:00 PM CT Sunday through Friday will post to the account the same day. Payments made on Saturday will post Sunday.
Yes. The easiest way to locate the app is from your mobile device, visit www.cardmanager.net and follow the link to download the new Card Center app. You can also go to your app store and search “Credit Card Center.” Scroll until you see the silver “Card Center” app.
If you have enrolled in a rewards program, you can access the rewards site at www.cardmanager.net.
Contact customer service at 800-367-7576 and they will be glad to transfer your account to a Visa and issue a new card and no additional cost.
When you receive your card, activate it immediately. If you have enrolled in bill pay through your financial institution, update your payment address and credit card number. Update your credit card number on file for any recurring transactions, like any utilities, Netflix, Amazon, etc. Register your new account on www.cardmanager.net.
