Westerly Community Credit Union Upgrades Members Online Experience

Westerly Community Credit Union has recently launched a new mobile website and upgraded their Online Banking and Bill Pay services, improving their members’ online experience.  The new mobile website features a simple, clean layout which allows members to get to their destination fast. It also features a faster loan and account opening process, requiring only a few clicks! Online Banking will now feature a new modern look and feel, while the upgraded Bill Pay services include an expanded electronic payee network, and the ability to send person to person payments and gift checks.

 “We will continue to improve our online technology to make doing business with us easier," stated Stephen White, President/CEO of Westerly Community Credit Union. "We know how important electronic banking is to our members, which is why it is our goal to provide the same high level of service online that we do in person.” 

Westerly Community Credit Union will continue to improve its online member experience by offering Online Chat and Co-Browse before the end of 2016. This will allow members to instant message the call center for assistance in addition to reaching them by phone.
